Experimental data and empirical correlations were used to compare the friction factor and heat transfer enhancement of pin fin and of lattice-matrix. Expert appraisal have done by means of Theil coefficient. On basis of this analysis the new correlations to predict pedestal banks friction factor has been proposed.
